THE SHIT NOBODY TALKS ABOUT
Why your wrists hurt when you do press-ups
Three fixes, ordered by what they cost. The first one is free and it is the one most people need.
The man writing this
Written by one man, in the first person, who says when he does not know. The longer version is on the about page.
How I work
-
You know before you click
If a link pays me a commission, that is written above the link in plain words, every time, on every page. Never in the footer, never behind a tap.
-
I name the cheaper thing, including free
If the answer to your problem costs nothing, that comes first — before the twenty-dollar answer, and long before the fifty-dollar one.
-
I say when I don't know
Where the evidence is thin, the article says the evidence is thin. I would rather you trusted one sentence of mine than believed ten.
One email, when there is one worth sending
The list
When a piece goes up, I send it. That is the whole thing. No sequence, no offers, no "just checking in", and I will never sell or hand over your address.
You confirm by clicking a link in your own inbox, so nobody can sign you up for it, and the unsubscribe works on the first click.
The list isn't open yet
The signup is built and tested but the database behind it is not live, so there is nothing here to fill in. A box that quietly throws your address away is worse than no box, so there isn't one. It opens with the first article.
