How to reach me
A real address, read by a person. Corrections are welcome and are the most useful mail this site gets.
- Anything at all — help@guyflexor.com
- A correction. Same address, and put correction in the subject line. Tell me which article and which sentence. If you have a source, send it; if you do not, send it anyway.
- Press, or a brand asking about a product. Same address. Read the next section first, because it will save us both the exchange.
If you are a brand
The answers to the usual questions, in advance:
- No paid posts, no sponsored articles, no paid links, and no link insertions into existing pieces. Not at any price. The only thing this site sells is one man's judgement, and that is the one thing that cannot survive being bought.
- Sending a product is not buying a review. If a product arrives it may be written about or ignored, the verdict is whatever it turns out to be, and the fact that it was sent free is stated in the piece itself.
- Commission does not change a verdict. Where a link earns a commission, that is disclosed above the link. The test applied before anything is recommended is whether it would still be recommended with no commission attached.
- Guest posts: no. Everything here is written in the first person by one person, which is the whole proposition.
What I cannot help with
I am not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a coach, and I cannot tell you what is wrong with you. Please do not send me a description of your symptoms and ask what to do — I will not answer it, because answering it would be pretending to be something I am not.
If something hurts in a way that worries you, if it is getting worse, if there is numbness, weakness, or pain that wakes you at night, see a doctor. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number now rather than reading anything on this site.
